Building owners commissioned FMD to prepare an analysis report of exterior conditions at this landmark building site. FMD professionals conducted a survey of exterior walls, from the ground, from setback roofs and from swing scaffolding, and performed Identification and analysis of deteriorated conditions. The required analysis report was then filed with the NYC Department of Buildings, in accordance with NYC Local Law 11/98.
